The ASU maintains a variety of open access digital resources for the wider scientific community:

  • Example datasets for download and free use. Includes a wide range of different data types and applications.
  • Lecture notes  – applications of analytical methods in Food Authenticity Case Studies; and an Introduction to Multivariate Analysis (Chemometrics).
  • Fourier Transform Infrared Spectral Library – comprises a collection of spectra of foods and ingredients in .png format. Free to download and re-use.
